I am an Australian dad living in Los Angeles. The first poster was an Aussie foods alphabet for my daughter — home, food memories, and letter learning on the same wall.
Origin
From one family poster to culture alphabet sets
The original idea was simple: make a playful A-to-Z poster of Australian foods for my daughter while we were living far from Australia. I shared that poster with r/australia, and the reaction made it clear that alphabet posters can carry memory, family identity, place, and a bit of homesickness in the best way.
ooshimooshi now offers that original Aussie Foods set alongside American Foods, so the default is a complete poster you can buy. Letter swaps and full custom builds stay available when you want them.
